Products must be returned in the same condition that they were dispatched to you and must be unused. They must also include all original packaging and documentation.

Any damage or loss to either the product, packaging or the documentation may affect the amount of refund made.

• GoGoggles Prescription Insert.
• Hydrooptix mask - these can be returned within 14 days of delivered date for a refund less postage and restocking fee of £12
  
  It is recommended that if you wish to purchase one of the glazed prescription form products that you ask for one to be sent 'empty' so you can try them on before you purchase.
  
  Please note that despite our whole hearted attempt to make lenses with 'anti fog' properties it is impossible to manufacture lenses that are totally fog free - but we are still trying :-)
