| Have used you twice in the last 4 months: both times the service and the advice given have been 1st class, would have to recommend you to anyone needing sports specs. Was sold the Adidas Elevation - for any skier who needs glasses but won't wear contacts like me, these are a must but. Easily the most enjoyable 2 weeks skiing I've had, they were really comfortable and almost never steamed up, a vast improvement on OTG's |

the excellent service, my goggles arrived about 20 hours after
I'd ordered them. Very efficient. Should
any of my friends ever require prescription or other sports
eyewear I won't hesitate to recommend you.

Just a note to say how pleased I am with my
new swimming goggles, which arrived last week. They do the
job, are the right prescription, and are the most comfortable
ones I've ever had; I hardly know I'm wearing them. I must
also compliment you on your efficient service.

Gary
worked with my regular optician to make up a pair of sports
spectacles, which arrived within a few days.
His impartial
advice and patience gave me answers to all my questions, and
never once did I feel forced to make a decision. Excellent.

With an amazing speed I have
now received my sunglasses and even my extra lenses arrived
today. The sunglasses arrived on wednesday - which means
you have processed and shipped my order in less than a week.Impressed
is not the word, enthusiastic is a more correct word. I have
one small question. I had the impression, that there should
be a nosestrap included, however there were none in the case.
Is this missing or wasn't it included?

" My husband ordered a pair of Aididas climacool glasses with extra space
lenses recently for me. Just to say that they arrived very quickly after ordering
in a safe condition and that I absolutely love these glasses.
Having said that, the weather hasn't been that sunny to really test them out,
but on the first few wears my eyes have felt much more relaxed than normal.
I would recommend these glasses very highly and will be mentioning your website
to family and friends at home and in the USA for your great service. Many thanks"

Just a quick note to thank
you for all your help buying the swimming goggles for my son.
Your service was fantastic and my son is really pleased and says he can see really
well throught the goggles - all off swimming tomorrow!

BUT... Where are we going wrong. |
I get emails and
calls from people who can't get the order system to work.
Gary - I do all of the hosting and ecommerce myself and need
feedback about this - I will make the changes as soon as possible
People are unsure about the delivery times as they
are not stated.
Gary- Agreed this is frustrating, as you are unsure as to
whether to order when you need them say in a few days and
the site doesn't state. I have started on some stats that
will show on the site for the average time to dispatch products.
Hope to have this on the site soon.
Dispatch notification. People can't always be in when
items are dispatched. So making it an extra trip to the post
office to collect.
Gary - I am looking at a facility that will send a txt message
to your mobile to advice of dispatch and date to expect them.
In the meantime I will call people on the day of dispatch
if it is highly likely that it won't fit in the letter box
- just out of interest the Gator and Speedo are sent in a
jiffy bag and will always go through the letter box.
Keep the feedback coming - every bit of it makes us better.
